To craft or to brut – that’s the question!

Beer & Brut gastro pub nesting in a two floor old mansion at Pokrovka Street effortlessly matches two of the world’s most famous bubbly drinks: craft beer and sparkling wine. Why choose when you can have the best of both worlds?

Menu

The menu put together by brand Chef Dmitry Parikov, is light and features Pan Asian accents. Hints of spiciness touch every section of the menu from starters to desserts, and make a perfect match for bubbly drinks.

As our sommelier Andrey Abramov wisely points out – beer is a great way to take a break from wine. To please beer connoisseurs, the bar focuses around craft and original beers grouped based on its taste qualities. In total guests can enjoy over 40 bottled and 20 on tap types. If this is not enough, go for a buckthorn lager  produced specially for Beer & Brut at capitals’ Trigger brewery or give a try to lively Magners perry directly from Ireland.

After taking a beer break, start exploring the bubbly part of the menu. Expect to be surprised: crème de la crème of Champagne world – Nicolas Feuillate hits and small tirazeh wines, are followed by true rarities like German sect by Markus Molitor or La Vida al Camp cava.

Beer & Brut proudly hosts regular wine tastings. Sommelier Andrey Abramov hand picks  the most worthy bottles for wine producers and experts to present. Set menu by Chef Dmitry Parikov highlights those events.
